Program Focus
The Rockhoppers focus on teaching the core principles of authentic box lacrosse. Our practices emphasize tight-space decision-making, off-ball movement, two-man games, and playing effectively at both ends of the floor. Players learn how to read the game quickly and make smart, physical plays under pressure.
We spend time on the details that define high-level box play—substitution strategy, transition awareness, and defensive positioning in the confined indoor space. Every player is coached to understand not just their role, but the flow of the full floor.
Our approach is built around high-rep, high-focus practices. Players develop individual skills, small-group chemistry, and a deep understanding of team systems that carry over into both box and field.
Furthermore, we aim to build intelligent, adaptable players who understand the game, compete with discipline, and improve every time they step on the floor.
