REFUND POLICY

All Penguins Membership Season Fees are final and non-refundable.

All tournament fees will be billed ahead of the tournament weekend and are final and non-refundable with the exception of an injury sustained during a Penguins event. In this situation, tournament fees as able to be credited for a future tournament.

We highly recommend players sign-up for LeagueApps registration insurance which is a third party insurance company that will cover injuries and other situations during the season. This is offered before checkout. To cover your membership you will put in the total amount paid for the membership season. Sign up must occur before injury is sustained.
