Penguins Select empowers girls through lacrosse. From 3rd grade through high school, we develop strong, confident, and skilled young women in a competitive, character-driven program rooted in intentional coaching. We don’t just run drills — we teach the game with purpose, foster leadership, and grow each athlete’s love for lacrosse while providing elite training, meaningful mentorship, and a clear pathway to collegiate play.

Our selective, single-team model fosters growth in a positive, challenging environment and builds lasting friendships along the way.
