Program Overview
Penguins Girls Lacrosse
2025-2026 Membership Season
The Penguins Girls program is the perfect opportunity for girls in graduation years 2036 through 2028 to access top tier coaching, develop core fundamental skills, and learn game play situations.
The Penguins will field ONE TEAM AT EACH AGE LEVEL for 2028-2033. Players will know their teammates and coaches and build relationships throughout the season.
Fall 2025 and Summer 2026 Tournament Seasons will consist of team based practices focused on developing situational game specific skills. Each team will play in 2 tournaments included in membership
Additionally, there will be a large amount of skill sessions for the Fall + Winter Skills, November through March, where players have the flexibility to attend multiple sessions on different nights of the week. Sessions are not mandatory but rather an opportunity for multi-sport athletes to have the ability to attend sessions depending on schedule and season.
Program Director - Maesa Phongsamouth
Maesa brings a wide variety of lacrosse coaching experience. Currently, an Assistant Coach at Clark University (NCAA Division 3), Maesa also was as an Assistant Coach for the Lincoln-Sudbury High Warriors, winning a D1 State Championship in 2023 and DCL Championships in 2024 and 2023. In addition to high school and college, Maesa also coached club in the area for Central Lacrosse from 2017-2025. Penguins Lacrosse is excited to welcome Maesa to the family!
