Program Overview
Sharpen your lacrosse skills to improve your game for the spring season!
Our Elementary and Middle School Development Programs is designed to give players the tools they need to succeed on and off the field. Our elite club coaches focus on building fundamental and essential skills, and fostering a passion for the game, this program helps players at all levels develop both individually and as teammates. Above all, it’s about having fun, gaining confidence, and growing a love for lacrosse that will last a lifetime. Whether you're just starting or looking to take your game to the next level, our program provides a supportive environment where players can thrive.

Program Focuses
- Fundamental Skill Building: Focus on developing key lacrosse skills like passing, shooting, and dodging, tailored for elementary and middle school school players.
- Lacrosse IQ Development: Introduce basic game strategies, positioning, and decision-making to help players understand the flow of lacrosse and improve their on-field awareness.
- Fun & Confidence-Building: Create a positive, engaging environment that boosts confidence and fosters a love for the game through age-appropriate drills and activities.
- Teamwork & Sportsmanship: Emphasize the importance of collaboration, communication, and good sportsmanship in a team setting.
- Game Awareness & Strategy: Introduce basic lacrosse concepts and strategies to help players understand the flow of the game and improve decision-making.
Our Middle School Development Program also focuses on physical strength and fitness. With 90 minutes to work with, our players will spend 30 minutes on the turf, and an hour in the gym. Our gym comes equipped with two lacrosse bounce backs so our players can work on various stick work and hand eye coordination drills in tandem with strength, footwork, and stamina drills and training.
Any players that are interested in joining Penguin Select Lacrosse after this training, will have an opportunity be invited to tryout for our one of our teams.
