Penguins Co-Founder Tyler Low To Coach New York Atlas In PLL Championship Series
HUGE congratulations to Penguins co-founder Tyler Low for being named assistant coach of the PLL’s New York Atlas in the PLL Championship Series. Currently in his 15th year as the Head Coach at UMass Boston, Tyler will be adding another incredible milestone to his already impressive coaching resume. To learn more about Tylers coaching career, click here.
Tyler started the Penguins program in 2007 to compete with the best clubs in the nation and develop student athletes to be the best they can be on and off the field. Most recently, Tyler was the head coach of the Penguins 2018 and Penguins 2022 teams, with the 2022 team putting together over 15 college commits across all three NCAA divisions.
From February 11-15, teams will compete in Round Robin games to determine their playoff rankings. The top three teams with the highest seeds will move forward. On February 16, the number one seed will automatically advance with a bye, while the second and third seeds will face off in a single-elimination game. The winner of that matchup will then challenge the number one seed on February 17 for the Lexus Championship.
The Round Robin games will be streamed live on ESPN+, and ESPN2 will broadcast the Semifinal and Championship games.
