Mid – Summer Classic Recap

We had six Penguins teams compete at the Mid – Summer Classic at UMass Amherst. Some highlights include; our 2026 team ended the weekend 2-1-1. After some close games, they ended up falling a bit short in the semi finals of the playoff bracket, they still had a great weekend and pulled out a couple of awesome wins. Our 2029 team went 3-1 in pool play. They did not let the one loss throw them off kilter as they made it to the championship game! Unfortunately, after a phenomenal team effort, they lost by 1 in the championship. Our 2030 team ended the event 2-2-1 after two competitive days. Despite the record, the 2030’s made it to the championship game, but unfortunately did not have the gas to pull out the win. They fought hard and gave it everything they had. We are proud of all of the Penguins that competed at the Mid – Summer Classic.
