For the 2022 NCAA season, the Penguins are proud to announce that two Alumni were selected as USILA Division III All-Americans. Congratulations to all Penguins who were honored this season.
Darragh Fahey — UMass Boston/Penguins 2018
Fahey led the Beacons to their second consecutive LEC conference Championship victory with a total of 69 points from the midfield. One of their most dynamic all around players, Fahey had a balanced 41 goals and 28 assists on the season as well as 42 GB’s and 8 CT’s.
Luke Murphy — UMass Boston/Penguins 2019
Murphy was a old school two way midfielder for the Beacons, playing a pivotal role on both offense and defense. He had 48 GB’s, 15 CT’s, and 29 points during his junior year. His biggest goal of the year came in quadruple OT against the Keene State Owls to send the Beacons to the NCAA Tournament.
