Penguins say goodbye to longtime coaches

With the 2019 summer season officially over, the Penguins program will say goodbye to Chris Collison (2023 Penguins) and George Sellew (2025 Penguins) who will be moving out of state this Fall.

Chris was most recently the coach for the 2023 Penguins and was an Assistant Coach at Melrose High School. He was possibly the most tenured Penguins coach to date, having come to the program in 2010! Having coached multiple age groups during his time, he will be greatly missed as he is moving back to Connecticut with his wife and son. Chris is pictured here with 2024 Penguin Chad Robertson who he found at a small summer camp in Danvers, MA back in 2011. Big thank you to Chris for all the hard work and dedication and will be greatly missed!

George Sellew, who mostly recently coached the 2025 Penguins will also be leaving and moving to Florida to pursue a teaching opportunity and work as a football and lacrosse coach. George was instrumental and working with the 2025 program and finding tremendous success this past season.

On behalf of the Penguins players, coaches and staff we would like to give a big THANK YOU to both Chris and George and wish them luck in the future!
